International Cooperations

“Space is the bridge between countries”
                                        Shimon Peres

Cooperation with foreign agencies has many advantages, especially for a small country like Israel.  For example, among these advantages are the reciprocal relations between the local and international space industries, sharing the burden of development costs, the option of using state-of-the-art systems for research missions, and the excellent opportunity to become exposed to new research methods and international standards of research and development. Consequently, Israel aims to join collaborations, in order to develop its relative advantages in the field of space study, primarily in the field of satellite miniaturization. In addition, international cooperation creates many business opportunities and improves Israel’s foreign relations with countries around the world.

Israel is open to the exchange of ideas and is interested in cooperation in fields such as the development of space systems and subsystems, ground stations, space study and space sciences.  Every year, Israel aims to expand the content of the existing agreements.  We welcome any cooperation with countries engaged in space study - from countries that are leaders in the space sector to countries just taking their first steps in the field, provided that they are partners dedicated to space science and to the vision of space study through peaceful methods and for the benefit of humankind.
