The 17th Ilan Ramon International Space Conference

The Israel Space Agency is proud to host the 17th Ramon International Space Conference on January 25th, 2022, as part of Israel’s Space Week.

 

The International Space Conference is hosted by the Israel Space Agency at the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology, together with the Ramon Foundation and the Yuval Neeman Workshop for Science, Technology and Security at Tel Aviv University.

 

The conference is an international virtual exposition of the most cutting-edge ideas on space and will feature sessions and panels such as the Vision of Heads of Space Agencies, the Future of Human Space Flight, Cutting-edge Research on Space Stations, Space Technologies for Mitigating the Harmful Effects of Climate Change, Remote Sensing, Cutting-edge Satellites and on Sustainable Life in Space.

 

In addition to fascinating panels, companies, investors and entrepreneurs can schedule B2B meetings with space experts and peers from all over the world, as well as network with industry leaders and address the speakers during the questions and answers sessions.

 

The conference will open with a message from the President of the State of Israel, Mr. Isaac Herzog, and an address from the Minister for Innovation, Science and Technology, Ms. Orit Farkash-Hacohen, followed by a memorial ceremony for Astronaut Ilan Ramon.

 

A keynote will be given by Her Excellency Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri, the UAE Minister of State for Advanced Technology and Chairwoman of the UAE Space Agency (list of speakers can be found here).
